Q1: What’s the difference between the VIP Package and the Executive Detail Package?

The VIP Package is a quick, light cleaning for vehicles that need a simple refresh. It includes a basic exterior wash, tire shine, and interior vacuuming. The Executive Detail Package offers a more thorough clean, covering vacuuming, cleaning all plastic trim, windows, door jambs, and a more in-depth exterior wash and tire cleaning.

Q2: How often should I detail my vehicle?

We recommend professional detailing every 3-6 months, depending on how often you use your vehicle and your environment. Regular detailing maintains your car's appearance and protects it from long-term wear.

Q3: How long does a detail take?

The time depends on the package you choose: VIP In & Out Package: 1-1.5 hours Executive Full Detail Package: 2-3 hours Presidential Full Package: 4-5 hours for a full deep clean inside and out. Note: If the job takes longer than expected, there is an additional charge of $30 for every extra hour.

Q4: Can I customize my detailing package?

Yes! We offer options for Interior Only or Exterior Only services, and you can add specific treatments, such as leather conditioning or trim restoration, to fit your needs.

Q8: How long does the ceramic or protective coating last?

Our ceramic and exterior protective coatings typically last 2-4 months, depending on weather conditions and how frequently you wash your car.

Q9: Do you offer ceramic coating?

Yes, we do! We use high-quality S&P spray ceramic sealants.

Q10: Can you wash my wrapped car?

Yes, we can safely wash wrapped cars, ensuring the wrap stays in great condition.

Q11: I have ceramic coating on my car. Can you wash it without damaging the coating?

Absolutely! We use special soaps that are designed to protect and preserve ceramic coatings, so your vehicle’s coating will stay intact.

Q5: Do you offer mobile detailing?

Yes, we are fully mobile we come to your location with all the necessary equipment. Including water and electricity!

Q6: What should I do to prepare for my detailing appointment?

Please remove any personal items from the vehicle to give us access to all areas for cleaning. We’ll take care of the rest!

Q12: Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

Yes, we occasionally run seasonal promotions! Keep an eye on our website or sign up for email updates to stay informed.

Q13: What are your hours of operation?

We are open Monday to Saturday from 7 AM to 5 PM, and close early during daylight saving time, from 6 AM to 3 PM to ensure work is completed before dark. We are closed on rainy days, and during holidays, we accept a limited number of vehicles.

Q7: How do I book a service?

You can easily book your service online by visiting our booking page. Just select the service, choose a time, and confirm your appointment.

Q15: Why do you charge so much?

We use premium products, we take our damn time, and we make sure your car looks like a rolling showroom. Could we charge less? Sure. But that would mean cutting corners—and we don’t roll like that.
